Our program is designed to highlight your brand while you help us generate funds to support Georgia athletes in pursuit of more championships! Influencers earn 15% to 20% commission on every sale they refer with their exclusive link or code at DrinkRed&Black.org. Not just on the first order one of your fans makes, but EVERY order they make with your link or code! The more you refer, the more cheddar you earn! Friends, family, local businesses that want a way to support their team.... It all adds up fast. Plus top influencers are featured in national press releases, on our website and our paid social ads to help build their brand too.

• You must be 18 years of age to join the program and some products may require only influencers of legal drinking age in their state of residence.
• Your code is to be used ONLY on your own social platforms and within your own community. If you comment on any of our owned platforms promoting your ambassador code, (including but not limited to our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts), you will be immediately removed from the program and Karen will need to speak to the manager.
• All content featuring Red&Black products must meet our brand standards. Do not include any suggestive content or language, political or religious points of view, or drugs/alcohol images featuring our product. We do not allow trademark bidding or direct linking. We do not allow downloadable software partners to join our program.
• We do not allow you to share your unique promo code on coupon sites- if we find your promo code on a site we will notify you as this is a cause for immediate removal from the program.
• Remember that the purpose of the Influencer program is to refer new customers and to help spread the word about Red&Black commitment to donate a portion of all proceeds to Classic City Collective, the official NIL collective of UGA athletes. Yes, the promo code is an important driver of sales, however it is equally as important for your community to hear from you about why you recommend the Red&Black drinks they will be enjoying.

• We do allow email marketing, but all partners must be Can-SPAM / GDPR compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any ambassador that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
• Violation of any of the aforementioned terms will result in your immediate removal from the program.
